A lot has changed since Equity In The Center® became an independent organization: a global health pandemic and racial reckoning reshaped the movements for equity and justice, with far-reaching implications for philanthropy and nonprofits. Now, as we confront new realities in the aftermath of a consequential election, we are reminded that our communities are strong and have been resilient through many recent and historical challenges. In reflecting on the work ahead, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing race equity through our refreshed strategic priorities. Scroll to see the strategic priorities, and read more about them on our blog.

Join us for our upcoming Awake to Woke to Work® workshop, designed to help you build a Race Equity Culture™ in your organization.

Learn More About Us
We envision a future where nonprofit and philanthropic organizations are characterized by a Race Equity Culture™, meaning they implement and advance race equity internally while advocating for and centering it in work externally.
To achieve that future, we challenge colleagues to adopt specific tactics on the levels at which racism operates.
