Leading the Way in Race Equity Culture
Once working sessions have clarified areas of concern, Equity in the Center supports leaders as they take actionable steps to create a race equity standard and establish a sustainable Race Equity Culture in their organizations.
We recommend ten to twenty hours of coaching with the executive or team leading Race Equity work (including members of the board and/or senior leaders) to build capacity to accelerate and sustain the work moving forward.
Cost:
- $350/hour
- $300/hour for coaching packages of ten hours or more
